How do I choose the right size for my Hot/Cold therapy Sleeve?

Measure the area around the appendage before selecting your size. Under 10 in. is a size Small, 10 to 12 in. is a size Medium, 13 to 15 in. is a size Large, and 16 to 20 in. is a size X-Large.

How do I use my Hot/Cold Therapy Sleeve?

For heat therapy, place the sleeve in a microwave and heat for 45 seconds. If it is not warm enough, heat for an additional 15 seconds. For cold therapy, place the sleeve inside of the included freezer bag. Leave in a freezer for at least two hours before use.

How do I use my Hot/Cold Headwrap?

For cold therapy, place the wrap inside of the included freezer bag and place it in a freezer for at least two hours. If the wrap feels too cool for extended use, wait a few minutes before putting it on.

For heat therapy, remove the wrap from the bag, place it in the microwave, and heat for 45 seconds. If it is not warm enough, heat for an additional 15 seconds. Do not heat for more than 90 seconds. If it is too hot to the touch, let it cool before use.

How can I determine which Hot and Cold Pack material/type is right for me?

Gel: The gel packs are filled with gel that stays flexible even when frozen, allowing the pack to conform to the area of discomfort for targeted cold therapy. They feature a double-seam design that may help prevent leaks.
