I ordered this because I’ve been feeling stressed and wanted to understand what was going on with my adrenal health. The kit was very easy to use at home and didn’t take long at all. I like that it checks 4 markers (Cortisol, DHEA-S, the ratio, and even visceral fat) instead of just one thing.The results were clear and actually helped me understand my stress levels better. I really appreciate having something I can do myself without needing to schedule a doctor appointment. Super happy I tried it!

Easy to follow
This was quick and easy and the video was great. Two issues for me so the reason I gave it a 4 star is due to missing parts. One, it says a tape measure is included and it wasn’t. Two, my sample strip has been trying to dry for over 5 mins and it’s still not dry. So not sure if that’s user error or if the pad isn’t absorbing correctly.
