These gummy melatonin taste just like fruit snacks. No medicinal taste at all. Only issue is that two or three are needed to be effective.

I got this to try and see if it would provide more restful sleep.First off, the taste. Personally, I’m not particularly a fan of passion fruit, so the flavor was just alright. Thankfully it’s rather soft enough to chomp through and swallow the rest.*Please keep in mind that the effectiveness might work differently per individual.I tried this on a day off just incase it might be difficult to wake up from the next day. So I took it an hour before the time I wanted to fall asleep. It kinda dulls the senses if, like me, you tend to fight yourself awake often. It did put me to sleep roughly around 20-25 minutes after consuming, so mission accomplished. The day after, it did leave me feeling a bit groggy, so it was little hard to feel fully awake from.Overall: The stuff will put you to sleep if you’re struggling to fall asleep quick enough. However it does not guarantee restful sleep. That part is a hit or a miss depending on a lot of other factors.

I have taken Melatonin in the past, but I have never gotten the wonderful results that I’ve gotten with this combo for sleep! I usually sleep for 6-6 1/2 hours per night, but have gotten a DEEP sleep of 7 hours or more with these. This combination of Melatonin plus Passionflower is wonderful–if you’re having trouble sleeping, by all means try these good tasting little gummies. The price is very reasonable, and the results are fabulous!! HIGHLY recommended by me!!
