Please Note:
1.For use the product better, we have added Troubleshooting help in the manual.
2.Oil is not included in the package.
3.Use with natural essential oil. Do not use chemical essential oils which are corrosive.
4.Clean the diffuser after 5-6 times or 3-5 days of use.
5.Do not exceed the Max line 80ml when filling water (The temperature of adding water is greater than 15°C and don’t use the boiling water).
6. Don’t open the diffuser cover when using.
7. Please add water below the max line (less water, more mist).
8.Keep the upper and lower vents from being blocked.
9.Regularly clean the ceramic atomizer in the center of the diffuser to ensure that it is not blocked, otherwise there will be no fog.
10.Avoid any water flowing into the exterior air inlet when adding / cleaning the tank, which could cause that the diffuser doesn’t work!

This is a beautiful unit. Smaller then you are lead to believe but.. all glass! I needed this for a work project so I paid for next day shipping. I opened it up and there was a water ring inside which was shocking but I was willing to overlook that as I had a timeframe. I set it up and .. it barley trickles any amount of cool air so.. worthless! I imagine that is why it was returned and Amazon just shipped it out. I have contacted the company so we shall see but very disappointing and I will not be able to complete my project deadline. So money lost all the way around🤬🤬**** update: Amazon sold me a used diffuser however the vendor was so upset by this they were very kind and refunded me the money for this. 👍 VENDOR- 👎AMAZON! So, this vendor is wonderful to work with and the product is lovelyUODATE #3- this is a lovely glass defusing unit, however as I have used it I realized that this works actually to well and is empty in less then 45 minutes. So this uses up your essential oils very quickly. At this point I have just given up on finding something of quality and value for this type of diffuser. The company would like for me to purchase a bigger model with a “ strong discount” ( which is – 10.00 coupon that is applied at purchase and was told they would send me the newer bigger model hoping I would not write a bad review ) and I’m just not willing to go through the headache of it all I have had to spend to much time as it is correcting this situation to spend that much money again with a “ strong discount”

lovely diffuser & wonderful customer service
I have three of the plug-in glass diffusers. I use them primarily as humidifiers around some of my fussy houseplants. They are so lovely to look at, they make me happy. I do have to refill them a few times each day, as they are small, but I dont mind; I think they run for about 2-3 hours on a refill of water and then shut off automatically. I have limited space so I’m happy with a smaller diffuser, and I love that they are glass and not plastic. Two of the three diffusers make funny sounds when I first start them, like the motor is winding up, but then it subsides within a minute or so. I hope these last for a very long time. I had to reach out to customer service about a mistake that Amazon made on their behalf, and I was so pleased with the prompt & friendly correspondence from AROMA and the quick, professional remedy. Very impressed. I’ll do business with AROMA again. Thank you!

Beautiful, but small!
This is a great, small diffuser that is quite powerful for the size. It is incredibly easy to clean, as well as durable. My ONLY issue with it is that it lacks some important features. For example, there is no intermittent setting. Studies have shown that it is better for the olfactory system to have a break when diffusing oil. Also important to me is the ability to adjust the strength of the mist, which is also nonexistent on this device.In my opinion, these settings should be included for the price paid. Furthermore, a power brick could have been included as a buyer courtesy. Although this diffuser is very nice, a few things would have made it so much better.UPDATE: Despite minor flaws, I really grew to love this diffuser over the months that I had it. However, I started having problems with the cord connection. The device would not turn on unless I had the cord connection seated “just so”. This continued for weeks, until one day the diffuser became quite warm while running, presumably overheating.I contacted the seller to see if there was a warranty. They were very concerned about the problem, and worked to make things write. I have ordered a replacement that will arrive soon. I miss my little device.

Stops working.
Very pretty but stops working quickly. I’ve had this for a while however I haven’t used it often. I just started using it more consistently and it stopped working after 2 days. I would say I’ve probably used it a TOTAL of 30-45 days and now it’s not working. Totally waste of $40.

Challenge to find a glass diffuser?
I looked for quite awhile. Some times the outside would be glass and then the interior was plastic. This diffuser is glass, the bottom of the housing has a little plastic, but that is unavoidable.I purchased one of these several years ago and it is still going. While cleaning it, I accidentally dropped it; which is why I needed a replacement. The base is heavy, so one should be mindful while cleaning. Mineral deposits can form, but noting a little vinegar and baking soda can’t fix.I have never had an issue with leakage or water condensing around the diffuser.The light can be changed/turned off.

worked great for 7 months had some trouble but resolved
I really liked this little diffuser but it stopped working after 7 months of household use in the evening. I liked the light and the modest area of effect, but after 7 months it will turn on when i press the button but turns off after 3 seconds.update:Sometimes there’s just a dud of any good product for whatever reason. That’s life. However, the company was very responsive to the trouble i was having with it and stood by their product to make it right. Based on how much I like the diffuser and the response of the company to the issue I would highly recommend this product.

Nice diffuser, just don’t overfill.
I’ve had other diffusers that were plastic and caused it to get mold from the moisture which grossed me out. So far after a couple of weeks it’s holding up well and looks cute on the counter. My biggest issue is that you can’t fill this up with much water which makes it finish quicker. If you do go over the max line it won’t diffuse any water.

I do like this diffuser very much. My mom ordered me one and it still works great but I ordered a second one a few months ago and it just stopped working. I turn it on and it turns off in two seconds. Not so sure about the quality unless this is just a one off. Otherwise, I really do love the diffuser. Just disappointed I’ve lost out on what I paid for this diffuser that has conked out after a few months & it’s too late for a return/refund 😕
