I was looking for a probiotic that had more strains than the previous one I was using that only had 12. This probiotic powder has 20 billion colony forming units (cfus) and 30 strains. The more strains your probiotic has, the more health benefits you will see. Different strains can target different health concerns simultaneously.This probiotic also includes prebiotic fiber, which is a non digestible food fiber that helps the good bacteria, the probiotics, survive in your intestines. Basically, this supplement is providing the healthy gut bacteria and a lunch box for the bacteria to take with it.This probiotic powder should never be mixed with warm liquids or food. You will kill the bacteria. It does not mix well in cold liquids. It tends to clump pretty badly. So, instead, I mix it in with my yogurt or overnight oats. It leaves no clumps this way and does not affect the taste at all.I was already taking a probiotic, so I will have to wait a bit to see if I notice any more improvements with this one.It is a bit more expensive compared to my other probiotic, but for the amount of strains and cfus, this supplement is a pretty decent price.So far, I am pleased with this product, but only time will show me how effective it really is.

Simple Probiotic/Prebiotic supplement powder that is high in fiber and can be added to drinks
This has been a great new addition for my daily routine. A quick and easy way to add some gut health probiotics and fiber into your diet. Simply add a scoop of the powder to any drink and stir well, until dissolved, and even in water you can almost not tell you’ve added it in… once blended and dissolved, which does take a decent amount of stirring. The powder is very sticky in nature and in the bottle has an odd smell that luckily doesn’t translate to the taste so it’s pretty undetectable once mixed into your drink. After using this daily for over a week I think it does a great job at helping things digest and keep things moving efficiently with the additional fiber. I typically only take 1-2 scoops per day which works well for me and gives extra health boost to my morning tea, tho I have to let it cool down a bit before adding as you aren’t supposed to mix into hot water. Overall, it doesn’t have a taste, it works well for digestion, has simple organic ingredients, and is an easy way to add probiotics, prebiotics, and fiber into your daily diet.
